Transaction coordinator

I have my real estate license and am wanting to become a transaction coordinator. This is something I am choosing to do for the stable income, the position would be hourly and so I have a better understanding of contracts etc in real estate. I don’t have experience, but I do have my license and a team is hiring near me. I don’t want to get my hopes up on getting the job if it isn’t likely, I was just wondering some thoughts and opinions on if you think there is a chance I’d get hired. I have great interpersonal skills, my real estate license, and am a fast learner. I am going to go to the office and introduce myself. Fingers crossed I can get the position.
