So I’ll try to make this short but, my home in Illinois is hot and we keep getting calls to sell and we want to because we have a business opportunity in Brookfield Wisconsin. But that area has almost nothing available except new builds. We do not want to rent and wait as we have moved so much.
With homes generally only selling in the spring and summer. Trying to figure out a way to sell the house and build new 6-8 month build out time and move then. I know this is a pickle. But I thought if anyone would have a solution it would you folks.
