Trying to sell a house and the advice appreciated

I have a beautiful house for sale right in Lake Silver River in the beautiful community park in the really great neighborhood that I’m trying to sell and I have had a realtor and they didn’t do any legwork. I had to do everything to get showings and I’m looking for a way to sell the house quickly because my disabilities are advancing and I want to finish my bucket list beforethe house sells and I need the house to sell to do that
