We are under contract, did our inspections, and sent over our requested repairs. All repairs were structural or mechanical, not holes in walls, or cosmetic items.
The seller hasn't responded within the required timeframe, so we have the ability to cancel the contract regardless of the response, and we aren't anticipating the response to be adequate based on our experience on negotiating on initial price.
Our realtor seemed fine with going to see more homes in the meantime while we wait, since we are a bit of a time crunch on moving and want to have some backup options should our current deal fall through.
Anyone ever do the same / have advice on how to handle? Thanks.

Under contract, awaiting a response on repairs, but not confident seller will agree to all. Continue to look at homes?
