Hey, I’ve been going through a bit of a rough patch since I’m considering switching universities. I currently study biomedical engineering in a university that will allow me to do my final year in Europe (where I want to work and live), but the problem is, I don’t like the major.
Another university offers a major I’m interested in (biotechnology and genetic engineering) but they don’t offer years abroad/exchange programs.
I want to be a biologist and pursue a career in research in Europe, more specifically the uk, which means I’ll need to get a masters degree and possibly a phd + work out the legalities of living and working there.
I’ve been so torn on making a decision between the two, so any advice is appreciated!
P.s. if things work out, I’m thinking of doing a masters in immunology.
