Unsellable house... or is it?

Client wants to sale but the house/property is basically landlocked, but the owner has equal undivided interest in the surrounding property (4 owners with equal undivided interest in total). For clarity, the client's house/property is a separate tax entity. Could a path forward be to get an easement through the co-owned property (assuming all owners will get onboard) that grants unrestricted access to the client's property? Could the client grant this easement without input from the other owners? Could the client sale his interest in the co-owned property to whoever buys his landlocked property, or would that require co-owner approval? In Texas btw. Any other paths forward? Co-owners are 100% unwilling to sell their interest in surrounding property so any possibility that could circumvent their involvement would be ideal.
