Looking at a house and I know the va inspection can be more picky. The walls have been stripped from lead paint. House was built in 1939. Paint removed..and then the walls were primed only. Question is.. Do they need to be painted to pass inspection? We would like to paint the inside ourselves anyways.. Would this fail inspection?
