Value of "high-end" seller's agent vs. newbie

Hello, I am getting ready to sell my primary residence in 2025 somewhere in 1.4-1.6MM range. I know a friend whose kid just got his realtor's license. He wants the listing for a 5K flat fee. I know a high-end video company that can do all the photos, drone, video walkthrough etc., also for a nominal flat fee, so that route is quite appealing to me. Alternatively, I could find one of the gold-plated realtors that work in my neighborhood, who presumably will want 3%. What would you do and why?
