Very unhappy with my realtor, but feeling a lot of guilt about selling with someone else. I also can’t tell if we have been intentionally mislead/lied

Alright. Sorry if this is all over the place, it’s my first time selling.

Basically, we agreed to sell our house with Sotheby’s, at a four percent commission. We were told we were getting white glove service for this, that they typically close in just a few weeks, and that they were experts. We were happy to pay more to minimize hassle but that just hasn’t happened.

I’m really unhappy with the service we’ve been getting. In my mind, she couldn’t answer kinda basic questions, like about price reductions versus credit. Plus It’s taken WAY longer than they promised. I understand it takes time to sell a house and if we were paying the typical 2.5-3 percent it would be totally fine. But it’s got to the point where I’m just not seeing where that extra percent is coming from. It’s a lot of money.

So, I also feel lied to. When we had our first meeting, she said that they didn’t keep properties on the market more than 90 days. I remember this vividly. That’s what my wife and I agreed to, basically. Sell in 90 days and the extra percentage is worth it.

The realtor now says she has no memory of this conversation and wants to keep it in the market untill May, at the earliest.

At the same time, she’s really nice. She’s a sweet woman who is clearly putting a lot of effort in. She does a ton of open houses and helped stage it really well. I don’t want all that to be for nothing. I’d feel genuinely very guilty if she got nothing out of this.

It’s just… not the service we are paying for. We can’t pay her like 10k more just because I’m a soft touch.

Any advice?
