We received a cash offer on our home from a company planning to make it a group home. Is it okay to feel bad about it?

We put our house up for sale over a week ago. We had about 9 showings and everyone seemed to love the house but we only had one solid offer. It’s from a company that wants to turn it into a group home. Our neighborhood is super quiet and I can’t help but feel bad that our current neighbors may deal with some bad situations with that. We are afraid if we don’t sell to them, we might have to lower our price or take longer for it to sell. Don’t get me wrong, group homes are great. Just don’t feel it’s the best for this neighborhood and my neighbors mentioned they were afraid of who might move in here. Just looking for validation not to feel bad I guess.
