Any advice for sending a letter to landowners regarding purchasing their property if it’s not listed for sale? My neighboring property has been vacant for almost a decade, and the owners live across the country. I’ve been considering mailing them a letter to see if they would sell me the parcel. How would one go about composing this letter? Any advice or suggestions?
