I studied in nursing for 5 years and respiratory care for 2 years in my country before. And worked as an Respiratory therapist for 6 years. In order to become an RT in Canada. I enrolled 3 years RT program as an international student
Recently, I applied for credit transfer for pharmacology and course outlines provided to my school. The program advisor said that there are only topics included. We don’t know what you have learned, and we need the course outline, including drugs you have learned.
I asked the nursing school about this; they said there are no other course outlines included all drugs. And mentioned that all graduates have never had problems transferring credit with the course outline they provided before.
The program adviser keeps saying without details, we don’t know what you have learned since you are an international student. Even though I asked if it is acceptable if the professor from nursing school sends all the slides for the program adviser to review. However, she said no.
Is there any advice for this?
