I recently graduated from College (at Texas A&M) and I am considering to looking into working in Real Estate Sales and Wholesaling, but I am afraid that the markets are going to be heading downward, lately. So should I get into Real Estate Sales or Wholesaling nowadays or not? I am not sure?
Because if it is not smart of an idea to do so nowadays, I may look at Studying Accounting or Finance further to work as a CPA or Investment Banker.
So what do you guys think. I am a little indecisive and I am starting to suspect that my market (Texas) is going to suffer a decline at this point due to insanely high property taxes and rising insurance costs. So what is your take guys. No to entering sales or yes?
