What should I take into consideration when I'm choosing a college?

I'm 17M and I'm starting my college search. I have yet to take my SAT, but I have an ACT score of 30, with my individual scores being 28 - Math, 28 - Science, 30 - Reading, 32 - Writing. I'm extremely interested in computer science and programming. Additionally, I already have college credits for some computer science classes. Other interests of mine are Music and Writing. Here's what I've been valuing recently:

  • Location. I would prefer not to be too far away from home.
  • Cost. My family isn't extremely financially gifted and cost is very important to us.
  • Financial Aid Opportunities. This obviously is linked to Cost.
  • Majors & Minors. I think this is a given.
  • Staff to Student Ratio. I go to an extremely small school (2 years ago we had a graduating class of 9 students. My class will have 45 graduates). I'm used to having 10-25 students in a classroom at a time, so a smaller ratio is usually better for me.
  • Campus Size. I actually don't mind a larger campus here. I've been really inactive for the past 4 years because I bought a gaming pc, and I wouldn't mind having the extra walking to help keep me active.
  • Nearby Job Opportunities. Being able to have a job would be amazing for me. I already have a job right now, but possibly finding one that could be related to my college majors/minors would be amazing. Plus it helps me become more independent from my family.
  • Room and Board. This isn't required, but it would be nice to have. There are currently 7 people in my house, and I would love the opportunity to 1. Meet someone new to possibly befriend. 2. Become more independent from my family.

Are there any other things to consider when thinking about college? I know these things are highly based on personal needs, but I was wondering if there were any I might have missed that could still be important.
