What's a good set of writing utensils with a organizer or case?

I had some issues last semester with keeping track of my pencils, pens, highlighters and everything else because they're sort of loose all over my backpack

What's a good set that has a sort of carrying case or spot for everything? I have a pocket full of highlighters already and no more room outside that
