Where can I study abroad with a budget of 80k usd (4years degree)

Hey guys I’m an international student and I’m very confused and lost. I want to study mechanical engineering but the problem is (money) I considered UK and Canada but both are wayy too expensive and out of budget. I am now thinking of going to Australia but I think that will probably also cost a lot. I want help considering where I should go for my studies ?
