Where do I start who do I reach to and what’s the best real estate position to be in

I’m currently 19 years old honestly wasted a whole year getting high asf but I’ve officially quit I’m finally ready to start my life and get into real estate honestly I have the support from a family that is willing to help me and lend me there money so I can start on my real estate journey I wanted to ask what’s the best to get into I’ve heard about wholesaling being the best then commercial is great to invest if you want to get passive income then there’s owning properties but that comes a lot with it I don’t know which is the best to invest your $ in I’m lost there’s many options but I don’t know which one has the best outcome and is the less stressful I already have the $ to start with I just need the knowledge and some guidance it would be awesome if successful real estate people reach out too me and give me some advice I appreciate y’all
