Hey all, I am looking into selling a house I have in NC. I want to sell it quick and easy for cash and not have to make any repairs. It does need quite a bit of repairs but it is a solid house that would be very nice once fixed up. I really want this to be easy and hassle free and not have to list it on the market due to having to make repairs. What would you all look for in a company that I should sell my house to? Who would you recomend?
