Will universities typically look at all grade 12 semester 1 grades?

I totally flunked grade 12 history and all my other grades are around 80-90 history is like a 69 -70. Will universities use this in determining if I get in? It’s not a prerequisite of the programs I’m trying to get into. Or will they look at my grade 11 marks as well? My mid term was a 84 for history btw. This is in Ontario Canada.
