Looked at a home today that was very nice and checked basically all the boxes, except for the lot location.
It’s the first house in the subdivision and right next to a larger road. Would this be a dealbreaker for you? Not sure if I’m overthinking it, but just not a fan of being so close to a street where people and cars will be going right by your house all day. Also you can basically see half the back yard from the road even with a fence.
